In order to facilitate the election process of the IISL, the Board of Directors agreed unanimously to propose to the IISL General Assembly in Toronto, held on 1 October 2014, to amend article 9 of the IISL Bylaws.

This proposal concerns the timing of the election process of the Board of Directors, based on experience with our new statutes and bylaws since their adoption in 2012.

The General Assembly agreed to amend article 9 and the revised Bylaws are now available.
