The IISL Board of Directors recently submitted a letter for the record to US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Space, Science, and Competitiveness May 23 hearing “Reopening the American Frontier: Exploring How the Outer Space Treaty Will Impact American Commerce and Settlement in Space.”
