The Case for the 2016 Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition has now been posted and can be found here.

The Case is entitled Banch� v Rastalia and concerns issues of space debris, commercial spaceflight services and liability. Four regional rounds will be held in April - June 2016 in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. The regional winning teams will compete in the World Finals to be held during the annual meeting of the International Institute of Space Law, in conjunction with the 67th International Astronautical Congress, September 26 - 30, 2016. in Guadalajara, Mexico.
